Payment and participant questions
What is the final payment deadline?
The standard final-payment deadline is August 28, 2026. Please follow any different date shown on a written individual arrangement or updated invoice.
Why is my invoice balance Different From $3,250?
$3,250 is the standard balance per traveler, and most travelers will see exactly that. Your amount may differ if your booking includes a single supplement, room upgrades, extra or fewer hotel nights, VAT for Israeli citizens, credits, or other approved arrangements.
Some adjustments are still being finalized. If yours is one of them, you will pay the standard amount by August 28 and receive a separate invoice for the difference once the figures are confirmed - a second invoice later is expected, not an error.
The amount shown on your personal invoice is always the controlling amount.
I cannot find my invoice. What should I do?
Use the WhatsApp or email button below and ask us to resend the individual secure invoice sent for your booking. Do not send card details by WhatsApp or email.
Who issues the invoice and receipt?
Participant invoices, payment processing, and receipts are handled by Eretz Israel Tours for this collaboration.
Where can I see the complete itinerary and inclusions?
Use the “View Full Tour Brochure” button. The current brochure and your individual written confirmation contain the controlling tour details.
Cannot find your invoice email?
We can resend your individual secure invoice link or review a payment discrepancy. Please include the traveler or family name, but never send card details by email or WhatsApp.
